In 1997, the time required "friendly to the earth" production, and we started the development of new metal cutting method without using coolant. In early 1998, we made our first product "Semi DRY CUT SYSTEM-I" and also special vegetable oil. We added various improvements to the first products, and completed "Semi DRY CUT SYSTEM-II" and "ULTIMA" oil. This is the type of external mist-blowing through Lockline Nozzles. Then, we expanded the products line to the Through-spindle type.
Now we have SYSTEM-IV and II. Besides, we have developed Booster-Valve as an optional accessory of SYSTEM-IV. This is for large air volume blowing. Thus, we now cover all the demands of the metal working industry.
We are continually concentrating our efforts on Semi DRY CUT SYSTEM.
